Grade 4: a Roald Dahl book will go home with a one page writing assignment due Friday.

Grade 5: continue to read Among the Imposters ....Monday should be chapters 30 and 31 with one summary for every two chapters.

Our projects

The fifth graders did a great job on the Number the Stars project: give the courageous lion award to a character from the book and write a nomination/acceptance speech +produce an award. Such creative results!

Grade 4:  S.S.  worksheet will go home every night. Also, we have a Study Island CHALLENGE! Please have your child log on and complete the 3 assignments listed. It is worth 10 Dojo points and a Lynn Woods paw charm for the DOJO necklace. The child that shows the most effort (highest score/did the most problems) will receive a brain charm. We will be dissecting owl pellets on Friday.
Grade 5: A project went home last week on the book we read in class: Number the Stars. It is due on Friday. Also, please have your child continue to read and summarize 2 chapters a night (one summary) on the book: Among the Imposters.
