Both grades 4 and 5 have mcas release stories to do for homework this week. Due Friday.

Grade 4: Continue reading/ summarizing Haciko Waits or Stone Fox chapters 5and 6 this week (Monday and Tuesday)

Grade 5: continue reading and summarizing Shiloh #3 chapters 9-12 for Monday and Tuesday

Homework November 14-17

Grade 4: a new packet and a new book will be going home on Monday. 

Grade5: the last Shiloh book will be assigned for homework. Read 2 chapters a night and summarize in the packet.

Veterans Day

Homework November 7-10

Both grades 4 and 5 have an MCAS packet which is due on Thursday.

Homework from October 31-November 3

Grades 4 and 5 have NO homework on Halloween night in ELA

Grade 4: continue to read Sone Fox or Hachiko Waits. Summaries are due on Friday 

Grade 5: a story with questions will go home on Tuesday. It is due Friday. Social studies explorer projects are due a week from today...Monday, November 8.

Homework October 24-27th

Grade 4: continue it read and summarize in packet Stone Fox or Haichiko Waits. Monday we are on chapter 5.

Grade 5: study for Social Studies test on Friday. Study guide went home. Read the book Discovery of the Americas and be familiar with all of the terms on the study guide. An explorer project also went home with directions. It is due on Monday, November 7.

Grade 4

Read and summarize either Stone Fox or Haichiko Waits starting Monday, October 17th with chapter 1.

Grade 5: extra time will be given for Shiloh Season due to the 2 days at Project Adventure. Summaries are now due Friday, October 21.

Grade 5: Monday through Thursday...due Friday... read The Hot and Cold Summer and Sees Behind Trees this week in the Trophies anthology. Complete the worksheet that went home- answer comprehsion questions and summarize each story.
